  • 10DLC registration handled for you
  • Consent and opt-out built in
  • Replies in seconds, 24/7
  • Your team takes over any time

From first text to booked call, without waiting on a person.

Most leads text once and move on. Hollah answers while they are still looking, works through your questions, and leaves the conversations that matter to your team.

1

Answer

Replies in seconds, day or night, from the listings, hours and FAQs you give it. If the answer is not there, it says so and routes the thread.

2

Qualify

Asks the questions you choose, such as budget, timeline and area, one at a time and in plain texting language.

3

Book

Offers open times from the calendar you connect, confirms the call or showing, and sends a reminder before it.

4

Hand off

Sends hot leads to the right person with a short summary, so nobody starts the conversation cold.

Leads text at 9 PM. Hollah answers at 9 PM.

You are in a showing, on the road or asleep. The lead is looking at your listing right now. Hollah replies while they are still interested, keeps the thread going, and has the summary waiting when you are free.

  • Answers from your listings, hours and FAQs instead of guessing
  • Books into the calendar you connect
  • Alerts the right person the moment a lead is hot

The AI works inside limits you choose.

Start supervised: the AI drafts, you approve. Turn up what it sends on its own when you are comfortable.

Follow-ups and CRM sync around the AI.

The AI starts the conversation. The rest of the platform keeps it moving and keeps your records straight.

Follow-up sequences

Set the cadence once. Sequences send on schedule, pause when a lead replies and hand the thread to the AI. STOP ends them for good.

CRM connect

Sync contacts, owners and consent fields from your CRM, with answers and booked times designed to flow back. Supported systems are still being finalized; CSV import works for anything else.

Hollah is built for opt-in messaging only. It captures permission, stores proof and enforces it at send time, including for every AI reply.

Opt-in capture
Hosted sign-up page, QR code and keyword flows that show clear terms and record the agreement.
STOP and HELP
Opt-outs are designed to take effect immediately for the AI and sequences alike, and are logged.
Quiet hours
Sends hold until a reasonable local hour for each recipient.
Consent ledger
Source, time and exact wording stored per contact, with export.

Hollah is messaging software, not legal advice. You are responsible for having permission to text your contacts.

Built for teams that answer a lot of texts.

Same AI, same registration and the same opt-in rules. The structure around it changes.

Questions, answered.

How accurate is the AI?

It answers from the facts you provide, such as listings, hours and FAQs, and hands the thread to a person when the answer is not there. No AI is perfect, so you can read every transcript and list the topics that always go to staff.

Can I review replies before they send?

That is how we recommend starting. The AI drafts, you approve, and you widen what it sends on its own as you gain trust in it.

Can a person take over a conversation?

Yes, at any time. Reply from the shared inbox and the AI steps back on that thread. You can hand it back when you are done.

Does the AI say it is automated?

The first message names your business and includes opt-out instructions. You choose whether it also says replies may be automated, and the AI is designed to answer honestly if someone asks whether they are texting a person. Disclosure rules vary, so check what applies to you.

Who can I text with Hollah?

Only contacts who opted in to hear from you. Hollah records how and when each person agreed and is not built for contacts who have not.

What happens when someone replies STOP?

Hollah is designed to stop messaging them right away, including AI replies and sequences, and keep a record. They can opt back in only by choosing to.

What is 10DLC and do I have to handle it?

It is the registration US carriers require before you send business texts from a standard local number. We prepare and submit it and tell you what we need. Carriers make the final decision on each registration.

How does CRM connect work?

You map contact, owner and consent fields once, and records sync from your CRM. The list of supported systems is still being finalized. CSV import is available for anything not yet connected.

Can I import an existing list?

Yes, if everyone on it opted in to texts from you. On import you record where consent came from, and it is stored with each contact.

Who owns the numbers?

Numbers are registered to your business, not to Hollah. We will confirm number portability details before launch.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is not final. Join the waitlist and we will send early-access pricing when it is ready.
